ABC1 Night Time

Hello!

Was wondering if anyone had a copy of ABC1 UK's 'night time' ident? It aired until the axe was wielded on the channel way back when.

There used to be a clip on YouTube but it's since vanished. I'm trying to do a recreation & can't remember the details in the track.

Quite possibly the longest shot in the world, but if anyone has a copy - it'll be someone on here!

There were two "night time" idents - one used after 6pm and one after midnight,.

The evening ident was green with different upbeat music and it was very similar if not identical to the original and the last idents used on the channel in different colours. Meanwhile the overnight ident was mostly a darker shade of blue but had a wonderful theme that I can still remember. Not that that helps you mind but...

Personally I would say if you can recreate a standard ident (plenty to look at on YouTube) and recolour the squares, you won't be that far away from the real thing. The theme is another matter though.

I'm only looking to recreate the theme at the moment, I'd like to have a bash at the graphics but I'm not that good with 3D graphics yet.

Nice to know I'm not the only one who can remember that particular one...! The bass line was lovely. Really do miss that channel.
