90's Dance music fans - PLEASE HELP!!

Hey,
I have been after a song for AGES must be since 2002, the song was out in 1996/7 and is mainly just bass, i have uploaded a clip below of what it sounds like, however, the clip is actually from a release in 2004 by "The Soca girls - Cha Cha Slide" and feaures a sample of the song that im after in the background.

i will be amazed if anyone can find this song.

Two songs seem to fit the bill here:

Hysteric Ego - Want Love
Express Of Sound - Real Vibration (Want Love)

Essentially the same song, but kind-of competing versions, both released roughly the same time.
