Hmmm, that's a shame. Although I've never had any problems doing Scart -> DVD recorder over the years. Is that the same thing or would HDMI be extra protected? It sounds like I'd also need one of these as a converter

Every online source seems to have different figures. Also a lot of books seem to vary. I'm sure the body before Barb lost/destroyed the info, which might be why.
