Have to seriously disagree with you there. Even if BBC Sport used the same colour across each sport I think it would still look great. BBC Sport's graphics are fantastic in my opinion and shouldn't be changed for a fair while.
If only BBC News took a leaf out of their presentation book...

It's just so boring that every sport on the BBC looks and feels the same now.

The elements wont be so obvious either. There'll be no ad breaks to emphasise them. I suspect something short and crisp will be used together with the standard BBC Sport yellowy orange caption.
I'd expect some similarity between the Moto GP titles and F1 too.
Depending on the contract, and sponsorship issues there might be blocks superimposed on some elements of the official F1A titles to obscure some of the event sponsor names though.

Surley though, During On-track events i.e Quali, Race etc.. they would use the Silver block graphics because they are provided by FOM and not ITV. So how would they go about that.. ? Two conflicting designs or use that style for everything..
Oh Well, Wait until March to find out!

Realistically the majority of the graphics don't use English words and consist of number, a few internationally recognised symbols and the driver's name. On the basis that James Allen repeats everything word for word that turns up on the screen for some some strange reason, its probably safe to assume the foreign broadcasters can translate "incident involving cars 2 and 6 is being investigated" or whatever into their language. Or its translated for them somewhere along the line.

Isn't there facilities to opt out of the FOM graphics? Surely continental broadcasters can't put up English language information. Take the last 2 FIFA world cups, BBC were able to opt out of the graphics yet use the information in their own style.

Yes, because "Drivers' Championship Prediction" are three fine German words are they not?
I doubt that to an extent. Other sporting events (Barclays Premiership, 888.Com World Championship etc...) are quoted in full in official capacity, so while they may refer to it in commentary as simply the "Australian Grand Prix", on screen the opening FIA/FOM caption should still say "Quantas Australian Grand Prix".
What particular sponsors have you in mind?
Oh, and it's HEAR HEAR, not HERE HERE!!
