So many thanks for this ^^^ One of my favourite TV themes from my childhood - plus also the memories of Jo Lumley's 'striptease'!

I've been finding quite a few of these "leaving the tape running" clips!

Something I'd like to share with you as a general kind of warning to those of us who run YT channels.

I'm halfway through rooting out spam messages posted on my YouTube channel files in the past week by a user called Fiona O Sullivan. She has been posting on various leading TV presentation channels on YT (mine and Benriggers at least) suggesting the dates off-air recordings were broadcast.

I'll admit I initially trusted her first run of messages and I'd begun amending her suggested dates on my videos, but after she posted around 100 messages across my channel today, all formulaic and in rapid succession - and through further investigation with vouch-able sources - the information she is providing is turning out to be inaccurate: An LWT on-the-air recording from September 1979? A newsreader wearing a Poppy on her jumper on 25th November? An advert for a Valentine's Day special feature running in tomorrow's Sunday edition of a newspaper among adverts broadcast in September 1988?

I personally apologise for any disruption, misleading or inconvenience caused by this individual to all viewers of my channel. I've blocked this individual has been blocked from posting further comments on my channel, and I'd advise all TVFers to be vigilant if you spot her messages posted on your channel or anyone else's.

There is another spammer (only given 99% incorrect dates on my clips at the moment) called CourtneyComments.

What an odd form of spamming. It's like they've been driven insane by barcode's demands for accuracy at all costs and are now rebelling

I'm as much to blame for this myself, to be honest; the efforts me, Robin Carmody, 623058 and others have put into helping pinpoint dates for presentation has created a notion anyone can pluck random dates from thin air, or make uneducated guesses, and try to pass them off as fact.

From discussing this with other YT channel owners, they're ignoring people like Fiona and Courtney anyway and only adding dates to files from reliable sources.

At least we try to cross ref and dig up information. Not like those daftys, who are plucking out of thin area. Its not helped that TV live wiki went belly up and nearly wiped a good bit of information

I can't remember these titles at all, only used for one series, the first series where Mersey TV took over production from BBC (i.e. when it became more comedy than drama). Look out for the homage to the original title sequence. Other than that, it's awful! Were they not allowed to use the previous, much better titles? Mind you, the ones they used after this were just as bad. Maybe this is what Phil Redmond wanted GH to be.

Here are the previous titles, sadly they were short lived, they were probably the best:

More gold is the CBBC 2002 Branding in that second clip mixed with the 1997 stuff for CBBC One I assume!
