on some certain videos the user who has posted the video haven't put courtsey of tv ark it just says nothing!

This could be tricky to stop. Unlike waveformidents, YouTube isn't a straight forward rip of TV Ark and is more like MHP in its operation - in that it relies on individuals' contributions.
So I don't know if there's anything we can do; establishing how many of our clips they've got could take a while.

Hi folks,
I was pointed to this forum because I am undergoing my own troubles with our friend Waveform.
Essentially, this guy is a kid who thinks he owns the internet. He creates "websites" made up of pure rubbish - content just lifted from other websites.
I am fully aware of his record on Wikipedia, where he has been blocked and banned several times but without much success - he just keeps coming back for more.
He is currently banned from my own forum and he keeps pestering me to allow him to return. I think he has a 0% chance of achieving this, as everyone there hates him.
No amount of correspondence with him will produce a satisfactory result. He seems to think he is above the law and that rules do not apply to him. The only way to remove his web content is to contact Freewebs' admin.
Simply put, I would advise you to destroy him at all costs - he is a menace.

Sadly, there seems to be a great deal of kids around at the moment who do stuff like this on the internet. Total idiots. What I find funny is when these kids (like in this case) act like they are running a business and make all sorts of outlandish claims about what they do any who they're working with, when in all reality, it's just some 13 year old pissing around in thier bedroom. I think it's in the same league as the kids you see hanging outside school gates, on the top decks of buses & on street corners smoking fags & drinking- they obviously think they are impressing people, whereas they're actually acting like total prícks, and anyone with a mental age higher than 12 can see that- though they can't.

The whole site is a total mess, lots of pointless sites vaguely linked. And can anyone make sense of this?
