Might be something to do with this (I hadn't spotted his e-mail address at the time of writing):
Dear Sir/Madam
We are writing in connection with the website www.freewebs.com/waveformidents operated by a FreeWebs customer whose identity and contact details do not appear on the said site.
The purpose of this site is to offer RealVideo clips of UK and world television idents from the early days of television to the current time. However, all the material available at www.freewebs.com/waveformidents, including images and accompanying text, is directly copied from our website, www.tv-ark.org.uk.
In addition the clips and images are directly linked to our own server, amounting to a considerable theft of our bandwidth. In the absence of an e-mail address we are unable to contact the webmaster of waveformidents to request he removes our material.
Whilst we appreciate there are many TV idents fan sites in circulation, waveformidents is blatantly infringing the copyright of both TV Ark and the broadcasters who own the rights to the material we feature.
I would be grateful if you would look into this matter and advise on any action you may be able to take in order to prevent the use of our material as set out above. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards
SIMON
