On the logo,

To stick with the theme, maybe Segoe would be a good choice for the logo - Making use of the various weights:

By the way, not trying to get rid of the 'TV' bit because that is the timeless brand of TV Forum.

Generally, a really nice move in the right direction for TVF. Just wondering, does the new design use phpBB or is it completely custom?

Well done Asa, it's been a long time coming but was worth it.

How about Gotham, and a nice subtle gradient effect?

Another little feature I've noticed that is quite cool - if you use any broadcast jargon, the term is underlined and a tip thing telling you what it means appears if you hover over it.

The one I found was CA - maybe these are Easter eggs.

Nice touch. I love it. A job well done I must say. Can't say much other than that.

Please don't do that in here - aside from it looking awful, its taking up space in my brain.

Seeing as this has turned into a bit of a vote, I'm going to agree with those in favour of Asa's new logo.

At first it seemed strange but I think it's definitely a grower. Like it more each time I see it.

Fantastic job all round. Congratulations on a great re-launch!

Very Stylish Asa, it's nice to have a new look, and you've pulled it off wonderfully.

I agree, it is a nice touch: it uses the HTML < acronym > < / acronym > tags, which are criminally underused throughout the 'Net. Fabulous.
