A website I can't remember

Does anyone know the address of a website about this guy who was supposedly BBC Breakfast Time's biggest fan. He appeared on the programme, then on an Open Air special complaining about the new news format of BT. He had a website and i can't seem to find it?

The site featured clips of Dave Stanford (the editor at the time) and Sally Magnusson (one of the presenters at the time) and it was about Breakfast Time relauncing in 1986
