Technically it's not a website as such, but seeing as a fellow TV Forumer helped me by designing
the front cover, I thought this would be the best place to showcase my offering.

Basically, I've written about the history Saturday morning television and the current
state of children's programmes in the present day.

It would have been something I'd have submitted to Off The Telly if it was still going
but now it's up here, I thought some of you may be interested to see the finished result.

"Watch And Smile - A Potted History Of Saturday Mornings

It's essentially a chronological journey from Tiswas to TMi, although as explained in
the introduction, I'm probably a bit young to remember anything pre Going Live!
so I haven't gone into as much detail about the shows in the first chapter.

Overall I'd love to hear any thoughts, corrections, constructive critcisms and so on,
but seeing as no one's covered this area of television to such a great extent,
I though I'd give it a go.

Cheers.

It looks really good, I have it ready on my iBooks to read looks very concise. Do you have a publisher lined up for it to be printed or are you going to leave it online only.

I'll keep it online for a while yet. If it were to be published it would be good to get interviews with Chris Bellinger, Nigel Pickard etc. Especially as The Foundation aren't too far from me.
