TVPres.UK

Tonight, I've got round to putting the old TVPres.UK URL back-up, and round to turning it into a redirect page. It'll redirect after ten seconds.

Looks good.

Site updates today:

Food Network UK presentation is now online, including the two idents I've seen (one with the 'UK' tag, and one without), and IPP's and Promo endboards.

Challenge has been updated, with captures of a new ident, and the menu they use now and then.

ITV1 has also been updated. Break-bumpers, in/out of break slides and ECP's are now all in the Current Presentation section.

BBC Three has also been majorly updated, with new promo endboards and idents.

BBC One has received a small amount of new content, too.

Again, apologies for the lack of updates, in terms of content. It's all for the greater good, however, as behind the scenes, TVPres.UK is preparing for a big move!

Soon, we should be saying goodbye to Yola, the free website maker and host we're currently on, and moving to new hosting, with a site which has been built 'properly', as we switch to Website Baker. This should enable us to do many more things with the site, and also, should make it look nicer.

In short, we're moving from doing this the 'easy' way, to the 'proper' way.

Ooh, whilst there's a lack of updates (although I may put a few pieces on here and there whilst the shiny, new site is being built), I thought I could just quickly make an appeal.

If anyone here has captures/can capture STV or UTV presentation, please give me a PM, or email me at tvpres.uk@live.co.uk . I'd quite like to get coverage of these channels up before, or when, the new sites comes about.

So, this is TVPres.UK, in case you've forgotten, and tonight, after quite an extensive break, the site returns.

On your visit, you'll notice that it looks completely different, and quite a bit nicer! Gone is the 'Made with Yola' tag, and all the restricting features that came with it, and instead, we welcome Wordpress, with the plethora of new features it brings with it.

You can now comment and rate pages of presentation, and in general, the site looks much nicer.

However, there are a few shortcomings. Not all content has returned at the current moment, as some of it was too poor a quality to be put online, and other content has not been put online as Work, and other personal engagements, have got in the way. We hope to get it all online as soon as we can!

However, overall, we hope you like the new site!

We're offline at the moment, due to some hosting difficulties. Hopefully, it's scheduled maintenance, but we're not yet aware as to why we're offline. We hope get more details soon.
