Ah, at least that's one more working... although I've probably broken it again now.
Anyway, I've tried it a slightly different way, so does the test page work now in Mac IE? (I know it doesn't work properly in Windows IE yet, but that's only because there's a bit of the stylesheet missing).
4 new files this weekend, all idents from around and about. There's 2 of the recently introduced ITV2 batch (Hey, I'm not one for being quick-off-the-mark ). There's also a couple from 1986; a Special World Wise Channel 4 ident, and BBC1 North East and Cumbria... the announcement for which is very similar to the pre-recorded one they still use today.
Although I still don't know if it works properly in IE Mac, I have tried implementing the little changes I posted yesterday to all the pages. It must be nearly there, anyway.
Blast! Well, seeing as I'm all out of ideas here, I might just add something to the homepage to warn Mac IE users of the problem, at least until I can figure something else out.
7 new files this weekend, most of them from the new ITV1 look introduced on Monday. There's 6 files from the new look on a new ITV1 2003 page (Well, it makes sense, doesn't it). I've also *finally* got round to adding the recoloured opening titles from the ITV National News.
And just as a random note, the Lee Bedwood filtering on the site is working as expected.
4 new files added this weekend on the various Weather pages. Two of them are from the ITV National Weather in 2003, with the Windmills opening/closing sequence. The other two are for Tyne Tees in 2003, with their new replacement-for-budget sponsor sequence.
3 new files this weekend. First of all, I finally got round to adding that new BBC1 Skateboarding ident. 3 weeks it's taken me.... I know, I'm terrible! There's also the opening titles to Button Moon and Count Duckula in the childrens programming section. Considering they came out in the 80s, it's only taken me about 20 years to get round to adding them. I know, I'm te... oh wait! *cough*
Anyway, I've also now got the search engine on the site up. Hopefully it'll make finding some things a tiny bit easier.
3 new files this weekend again. (I would have had 4, but EO Video was messing me around for some reason). There's another opening and closing sequence from Tyne Tees' weather in 2003 (Strange that my first update from Granadaland is a Tyne Tees one!). There's also a slightly surreal 1986 advert for Fruit 'n' Fibre.
Well, technically I suppose I have been for a few years, but I mean the heart of Granadaland. No wait, that's London these days isn't it.
Well, I'm somewhere else, that'll do. As for the Tyne Tees updates, I could have captured them at home, but as it happens they were emailed to me by Iam a few month back.
As for the name, Entei-rah is a Lapine name I use quite a lot these days. Not really something many people on here (with perhaps the exception of Fox) would understand!
3 new files this weekend. There's a Toblerone ad from 1997, involving lots of triangular things (like Triangular Bees and Triangular Honey... ). There's also one of the current Churchill ads from 2002 (Are you eating a Sweet?) to go alongside the original ad from the mid-90s.
The final new file this weekend is the opening sequence (or one of them anyway) to The Goodies.
To get around Lycos' current step up on security,
