Well it's certainly different, I'm guessing some things are yet to re-appear or be refined. Overall it seems good and it looks 'cleaner'.
Perhaps on the channel pages (eg. BBC UK) it would be good if there was a border (or pale background colour) of sorts around each of the different specific channels, as it feels slightly messy in that respect.

Try [Ctrl] + [F5] to force a refresh should do the trick.

Thanks, but I tried that, and it didn't work.
I've now got it, with the address being:

I have to agree with dbl, it just doesn't seem right. I personally prefered the old site over the new one. Also a suggestion in terms of site code, why don't you try ditching tables and using solely div tags and CSS like the web standards state. Tables should be used for tables only, not layout. Especially nowadays with the website accessability business as enforced by recently introduced Brittish laws, as using div tags over tables make it more accessable to screen readers and such.

DIV, XHTML, and CSS may be coming in the fututre, the priority at present is to move all the old content over to the new PHP system Asa Hicks has been working hard on.
Once the content is in place, we can look at moving the templates across to a CSS solution.
The work is beginning, but is not priority yet.
News content has moved to The TV Room Plus in the TV Titles section.
