Last time I checked, certain clips were no longer available. Up to this point, everything was in perfect working order, so I guess updates and maintenance have come to a standstill for the time being.
Could they not be off for rencoding.

"Clips that were encoded prior to January 2002 are of a smaller resolution and lower bitrate. We are in the process of replacing these older clips; it is expected that this process will be completed by late November 2005. In the meantime, you will encounter video clip links that are broken - these will usually include 'video-1' or 'video-3' within their URL".
The link you gave has video 3 in the URL. Presumably they fell behind due to the financial problems.
