The wiki is definitely improving all the time and we already have a dedicated project to making sure correct dates are put in articles. It would be great if more members could join and edit.

I am aware that the wiki is offline at the moment, I hope for things to be back to normal as soon as possible.

It's something I've done accidentally. I'm waiting for Jamesypoo (who hosts the wiki) to get back to me on getting the site back online.

Really sorry for the continued downtime guys, I'm hoping things will be sorted out soon.

Just having a problem with the SQL connection now. Once that's fixed, I reckon the wiki will be back online.

This is very hard for me to write, but here's the situation:

Yesterday morning I made a terrible, terrible blunder which caused the wiki to go offline. Infact, the wiki was deleted from the server. I've spent the last 36 hours (with Jamesypoo) trying to fix the faults. Unfortunately, despite all our best efforts, all attempts to get a back-up of the site online have failed. Which means, sadly...

We have to start again.

I am so terribly sorry about this, I'm as gutted as you are about this (I'm sat here with tears in my eyes, it's that devastating). I know it's not going to be easy to get everything back on the wiki the way it was, but I reckon with the right attitude and the support we've already had, we'll be back on our feet in no time.

Once again, I sincerely apologise to the contributors, those who have made the wiki look fantastic already, and to those who have helped with information and articles.

As one of my friends would say to me: "Let's go again"...

Oh god, is user accounts gone too? And has the site been up long enough for content to get onto the Wayback Machine

Everything gone sadly. I tried so hard to get everything back, but failed ultimately. I'll post again later when the new wiki is online.

Sad news to hear. Rob, and I hope this doesn't sound overdramatic, but I feel sorry about the frustration you must feel at not being able to get the wiki online. Eric Idle last night has helped me feel a bit more positive, so I'm going to be positive too.

The wiki's only been on since June, right? Many pages were still yet to be complete. I'm sure that we'll be able to get back up and running in no time. I'll definitely be trying my hardest to get the main pages back up to shape within the next few days making use of the most of the free time I have.

That's perked me up that has. Thank you Phil. Very Happy

The new wiki online at tvlivewiki.co.uk - bear with us though, it could take a while to get back to normal.

Pages still cached on Google, for now at least, so we'll be able to copy the bulk of the content.
