Thanks for the comments and corrections - I'll get on to them tomorrow. I'll also remember to add the report a problem page and fix the feedback form (it's not sending mail, just in case anyone's tried using it). The mailing list also didn't work, which was a shame. Maybe it's the host having sendmail problems...

If anyone does spot anything else - or can provide dates when certain presentation elements were shown, please let me know!

Cheers, Asa

On the BBC News Subpage, you've got the regional news date from 1991 - 2002 (not 1999) - sorry to be pedantic!

One of the News 24 sounds like doesn't work either, I think its the Special Opening Version.

One more thing, on the News 24 Information page:
Quote:
The titles and theme music for the regional programmes was a variation on that of the titles of BBC News, composed by Chris Lowe, who had a chart hit under the name of "Touch and Go" in 1998.

Shouldn't that be David Lowe, or have I got it wrong?

Hope that helps anyway.

It looks great... Good to have TV Home back up and running at full capacity.

I've noticed though that on the images for TV Forum, the TV part doesn't have the quotation mark at the bottom of the V.

Yeah, it is David Lowe. I think Chris Lowe reads the News on News 24 (?)

Yes, thats right. One of the best presenters there is too.

I wonder if that might have been one of the changes to save money, getting the presenters to make the channel music? Razz

Asa has requested some balloon videos. Well I captured Welsh 6 back in August 2001. Although it is BBC One Wales, if you want it Asa I'll email it to you.

I don't think he would have been very good at it even if he tried! Razz

Perhaps there should be a page for TV Home clangers like this?

No, I think what DAS means is the lack of quotation marks on the TV Forum logo on the TV Home homepage.

^ See?

EDIT - Ok, slightly hard to see that, as it's white on white, but go to www.tvhome.co.uk to see it properly.

Excellent work Asa, congratulations. Too bad the BBC World section is a bit outdate. A shame I don't have a capture card at the moment.. Rolling Eyes
