Is there any way of making the 'latest post' thing behave like phpBB3 by the way? I think the info is stored in the database rather than a cookie. Often on TV Forum, I think 'there's a lot of updated topics here, I'll come back later when I have a bit more time' and then, on coming back, find that it's 'forgotten' and shows all the topics as having no new posts. Which they don't, but I haven't read them.

It also has never liked the idea of using more than one PC. If I read posts on my desktop then go on TVF using my laptop, then return to the desktop it won't have taken into account any posts I read on the laptop.

Oddly, if I clear cookies after each session it works flawlessly, yet this is a faf. It seems to me that the data *IS* stored in the DB yet there is also a cookie version and the two conflict with each other.

It almost seems a shame, though, that the latest from Metropol has been condensed. I used to like to pop onto the homepage and see what was going on across TVF and Metro, but that's just me.

There is now space for all three Metro forums to have a latest post feed.

Aha, that explains why the description has gone from "General chat, radio and media talk" to just "General chat". Would be nice to see the Metropol logo on the homepage somewhere though.

After a bit of poking around in the stylesheet, it appears it is the Fontin font family, if anyone else was wondering.

I like all the little sidebar things, like the rating predictor on the main page and the latest videos thing.
Nice serif font too.

Loving Quick Reply especially. Forum view will take some getting used to.

Would like retina-ready graphics for Apple devices, but that's just a picky niggle.

I tried to predict XF ratings on my iPad and it spazzed out and logged my prediction at 2m. Gutted.

Overall a great effort though! Smile

There are currently 1234 members. That's a funny number. I hope no one else ever joins again and we can keep that number.

It doesn't look like non-widescreen videos work...

widescreen ones are fine...

It doesn't seem to be appearing anywhere.

It's not hosted on my server is it (which decided to corrupt it's OS drive in the early hours, hence my sig has disapeared too)?
