I did put some text in but it didn't work.

I changed my e-mail address on 1st February this year, at which point my additional details down the left hand side, ITV area, local BBC news, etc., all disappeared.

I have had a number of attempts at reinstating them since, all with the necessary characters in all the necessary boxes, but all attempts fail.

This bug has been around for the best part of a year.

The exact same thing happened to me when I changed my email address last year. Nothing happens when I select my regions/option for the capture facilities which I guess is the case for all of the users!
Will this be fixed soon at all?
