Whatever you do, don't go to the topic subscriptions page 🙈
It's frustrating as there is a new design being worked on but only in dribs and drabs...life is getting in the way a bit. It's coming along but I don't want to launch it until all pages have been given an update though.
I'm trying to avoid doing too much with the current site (couldn't resist the Reith tweaks though) so that's why things like Google and old logos are still hanging around at the moment.

Asa, being plagued by popup ads on my mobile. Mainly from the front page of the forum.

Cheers, I've blocked the domain although I'm not convinced that will necessarily work. Someone on the Google site has recently flagged a similar situation with users viewing on a mobile on their forum.

Ok, it's off on phones now so won't redirect.

Not sure how/why this was on my old hard drive, but a snapshot of the forum's homepage way back in December 2001 - complete with Windows 98/Internet Explorer 5 surroundings!

Hmm, I'm seeing an oddity on there. Newest member testing, joining 693 members with five posts? But Wayback Machine shows that 7 days earlier, the newest member was BBC Birmingham, joining 693 members with 15804 posts. But if testing joined later, wouldn't there already be at least 694 members? And where did the other 15799 posts go? Shocked Confused

It happened quite regularly for various reasons over the years that the board forgot how many members and/or posts it had, in fact it still happens now occasionally.

Asa's got some years out of that bauble.

It absolutely depresses me that there are posts from me on that Wayback Machine link from 18 years ago.

(But still, pretty decent grammar for a 4 year old)

I’d love to know what ‘The Butchering of Crossroads’ was about.
