If you're into adding names, then you can add Glen Thompsett to the Meridian News section and the TVS continuity section; and add Trish Bertram to the TVS continuity section.
Oh yes, and Discs a Gogo with Kent Walton was probably the most famous TWW network programme.
And, you might like to add a rather nice chap called Philip Banks to the HTV West continuity section.

On your Carlton page you state
This is a disingenuous statement. CarlTon stated quite clearly in their franchise bid that they would be something new in the ITV network, not a producer of programs but a publisher, so it is hardly surprising that they did not produce programs.
Surely it would have been better to explain why they chose this mode of operation, namely that it is always more profitable to buy cheap programs and show them rather than making them one's-self, which also involves considerable risk in failing to sell them on to others at a later stage in order to recoup costs.
It would also have been instructive to record that CarlTon received an award for one of its documentaries, which it subsequently had to surrender, because it was all fabricated material.

Carlton began to lag behind on quality production, something it never did get the hang of.
