Oh do shut up.

Was there a contract you signed with them to say that it would be back by a specific date? Was there a word saying "promise" on their homepage? So the website has come back a day late after the full week had gone thru. Big Deal!

The guys on the Ark do a fantastic job and above all, offer their services for free to maintain the website and at cost too so that you, can surf the pages for free and download the content for free. So lets not get anal about something that was a day out.

You do like the term 'anal' don't you? Anal about being anal, lovely thing.

Though, unusally, the updates page seems to have been restored from a backup. Note that after the new updates from yesterday, it suddenly jumps back to August 2004.

Well if the "What's New" page is anything to go by I wouldn't be suprised if whoever was incharge didn't bother to make regular backups of the board.

Though ironically I found out that one of the large bulliten board companys who told people to regularly backup didn't have a proper backup of their own community forums.

I suppose you won't be able to tell us who the company was? Even a hint or perhaps give us the address of a board website if you get what I mean?
