ITV's long forgotton ITV Digital channels don't seem to have much of a presence online. I wouldn't mind seeing the idents for the ITV Sport Channel, Sport Plus and Sport Select (though I'd assume they had the same idents for all three services). There's one ITV Select ident that I can find which is this rather nice one.

Also I've never been able to find the original FilmFour channel idents and the idents for its spin-off channels.
