I don't know was it ever mentioned here but I believe someone in this forum ever heard about a "tackfilm" ( http://en.tackfilm.se/ ) that you can place your picture on the video. As well as the faces of themselves, some users put some celebrities and other objects such as pancakes, Donald Duck, etc. (I tried with a Superman the Swedish hero.) Indeed, you can see everyone adores it.
But if you read a line at the end carefully (whether you speak Swedish "or not"), you will find that the video is actually about the Swedish TV licenses (or, TV fees). In fact, Radiotjänst, the TV license collector in Sweden, is all behind this event. The "intro" of the film has the "reviews" from SVT, SR and UR. You can see the logos of all three broadcasters (despite the fact that UR, the educational broadcaster, does not make any kind of news bulletin) on the mics. SVT Rapport is the only actual newscast seen in the film.
To me, it has huge impact than "Viewers like you, Thank you" from the American PBS. it has more attractable than "Viewers like you" to audiences worldwide. And it made a viral impact whether the "Heroes" knows the purpose or not. Anyway, it explained the purpose of TV license well.
Well done Swedes.
