Thanks to everyone above who has taken time to report issues with the video material on the site.

A problem was identified earlier today. Normal service should now have resumed.

Will the 2001 BBC LDN stuff be back online soon? Thanks.

Right...apparently we still have a problem...which is resulting in files going AWOL temporarily. The fault is being looked at.

Any progress?

As far as I could see, it was sorted on the 7th March - and a belated thanks to Mike for that.

If you are still having issues - with any URL - I would really recommend investigating them via the following site: http://www.alertra.com/

If that reports no problems, as an aide to help root out the fault, try setting your browser to use a public proxy: http://www.publicproxyservers.com/index.html

If using a proxy allows you to access previously unavailable material, then it is a possibility that your ISP is at fault. You could then ask your ISP as to why your account is unable to access some parts of the internet.

A couple of issues were identified in the end. The problems were caused by a server move; some parameters had not been set correctly.

To the best of my knowledge, all faults were resolved in the early hours of 7th March.
