can't seem to download the video clips to any thetvroom.com footage at the monent ?Anyone else got the sameproblem i clicked on say spotlight and it came up page not available
its also v slow at uploading as well at the moment?
The main page i mean??

Yeah, I noticed this as well the other day. I'll send the admin an e-mail incase he doesn't know about it.

Guys, I can't see any problem with the online material - pages or video. I'll monitor though over the weekend.

I have the same problem, I am on Blueyonder.

It IS a problem with some ISP's, folks.

For most of the time, Freeserve/Wanadoo users can't get to the website at ALL.

If you go through one of those proxy servers, you can get in okay, try it.

It's no good complaining to the TV Room themselves, however, as I've been doing so, on and off, for about three years now and all I ever get is the quote above.

They seem to have this "It's okay on OUR ISP, so to heck with the rest of you" attitude.

Sadly, Mike, I have to concur - there are issues on certain pages with downloads being redirected to tvroom.fido.net.

For example on page http://thetvroom.com/p-itv-1-net-2004-c.shtml the download file http://thetvroom.com/video6/WE-05-ITV1-ID-KATY-01.rm redirects to http://www.tvroom.fido.net/video/archive-6/WE-05-ITV1-ID-KATY-01.rm and on http://thetvroom.com/p-itv-1-net-2004-d.shtml the file http://thetvroom.com/video5/04B-ITV1-BB-02.rm redirects to http://www.tvroom.fido.net/video/archive-5/04B-ITV1-BB-02.rm

However on page http://thetvroom.com/p-rte-one-2000-a.shtml all downloads are okay.

For the record, my ISP is PlusNet.

they run the net
stillvcant download stuff

I have Wanadoo Broadband and everything downloads fine. I've never had this sort of problem on The TV Room on my connection and I have been with Freeserve/Wanadoo for 4 years now.

Well your host, Fido.net seems to be the problem but Astro Hosts seems to be fine.
