JOOR-DTV Channel 16 in Osaka Japan uploaded earlier today.

I have also had a article published in the UK in the March 2009 issue of What Satellite Magazine, the article is about my hobby and this blog, so anyone who reads the magazine check it out.

You posted JOUH-(D)TV's start up. ( http://www.tvclosedownblog.com/2009/03/jouh-dtv-sign-on.html ) Well, I just found it just serves Hyogo Prefecture, not the whole Kansai region.
