It was definitely still in use late last year on Rai Tre, unfortunately they now show RaiNews24 overnight, so I've got a strange feeling it has been put to its retirement. If that fails RAI has a number of other smaller services free to air on Hotbird.

Nope doesnt air the national anthem on RAI 3.

I've been doing some digging and RAI may air it at the beginning of the new broadcast day.
