I just wonder now if TV Home will follow suit!
Sorry but I won't. Why would TV Home follow Identz?
But in all honesty, the site has been online for 2 years with hardly any problems and I think the copyright is fine as it is.
I'm not being complacent here, I appreciate copyright as much as the next webmaster with a similar site but after a million and one conversations on this down the years on places like MHP, I don't think I'm going to change my way of doing things without legal intervention from a broadcaster.
Besides, I think off-air video clips where time has been taken to video, capture, edit, upload etc.. etc.. (again, that's nothing compared to copyright but I'm just pointing it out) and getting a load of mp3s from a leak at the Beeb are two very different issues. There's no doubt that it is very appreciated these came on the net for people downloading them but do you need to be constantly reminded how great you are for uploading some themes?? I think we should be thanking David Lowe and co.
Cheers, Asa
