First time I have seen it. You can see they are gradually trying to turn sky.com into some kind of content portal, like bbc.co.uk
Unfortunately without a consistent layout throughout all their sites, it will always look like a mish mash. Then again, skynews' site is a good layout for news, and that may not work for skytravel etc, so its a balance...
Perhaps sky.com needs a basic design framework, which the content sites can slot into, thus it is a bit more integrated...

Being a Sky Broadband customer I can tell you, Sky.com is awful. When you login for email you have to go to sky.com/tools, then click go to inbox then click another useless click to login button (telling you that email is for Sky BB customers) then type your address / pword then click go to inbox. The only thing good about sky's website is that the email is google powered.
