I currently have gained permission from 27 active Sky News presenters to capture and use their images on my website. Most are also in the process of answering a Q and A that will be posted on the site as they are received.

A little word - you are expressly forbidden from using my caps or text on your site as you do not seem to acknowledge copyrights in any shape or form.

The most noticeable parts are the biographies that you have copied and pasted from Sky's own website. I would suggest that you remove them before someone mentions the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1998...

Your image captures are also subject to the Video Recordings Act and should be captioned as being copyrighted to the appropriate organisation/person.
