And me. I didn't realise it was closing today as the post above there says - thought it'd be in a few weeks time. But I watched a Louis Theroux doc on there last night and realised that although I hadn't used it much, I had been silly not to because it's a pretty great product.

All 4oD archive stuff now says "expires in 8 hours" on the individual programme pages though the catch-up 4oD shows and everything else on the site doesn't.

If it's staying up great,
but what is with the 16:9 content being shown 4:3. It's terrible.

All archive 4oD programmes have gone leaving a few gaps at the bottom of the home page and on the the 4oD page yet everything else remains. Perhaps their contract for all of 4oD's archive ran out at that time hence the decision to close the service on this particular date?

Online TV service close to being bought by US investment firm Criterion Capital Partners

Criterion Capital Partners, the US investment firm that snapped up Bebo for a knock down price, is poised to do the same with online TV service SeeSaw.

SeeSaw-owner Arqiva, the broadcast transmission company, is close to signing an 11th-hour deal.

Total waste of money if they don't advertise the service properly.

I know about the platform, but it never figures in my mind when I want to look for a programme to watch.
