I;ve ben told i can get updates from the BBC about TV from there rss feed. How do I do this?
Apprently they can automatically send me emails

Any website which has the RSS logo appear in your navibar will have an RSS feed attached - click the RSS logo and you will see the feed, which you then copy and paste into your reader.

As to your request, closest thing I can find is The BBC TV Blog, whose RSS feed is here:
