On the subject of old CNBC looks (good to see the old CNBC Squawk Box titles again, BTW!) I found this page while googling...

A general NBC page, but take a look about three-quarter way down. A quite different CNBC logo to the one we're familar with! I don't recall CNBC ever having a non-peacock logo, I am guessing this was very early on...
