does anyone know what I have to do to my freeview box to get the 2 new freeview channels? Please make the answer simple.

Rescan......Ohhh, I see.
-First select the channel on your TV through which you receive FREEVIEW
- Press MENU on your remote control
- Access the ‘Set-Up’ menu and select ‘Rescan’ (or Tune or something along those lines) to begin rescanning your digital box
