I don't know... since I've been allowed back onto Metropol under the Flava name, I am hoping that the moderators of TV Forum will give me the same benefit of the doubt - it's been the best part of a year since I was kicked and as Martin said on t' other side - new start, new username.
So there ya go... I'm back, but like on Metropol, under the Flava "brand".
I will be reading more than posting though as my interest in TV pres has waned since and the programmes themselves - or more to the point, their content - interest me more now.
I've listened to Neon and I don't like it. His links are too long for a start... nobody cares about the weather in some far-flung end of Antartica. He needs to talk about things that a listener can relate to. Why read from the Guiness Book of Records? Why? His links should be short, concise and simple - "Mel C, she's performing at the Nottingham Ice Rink tonight" or "Vanessa Carlton - you can hear more tunes like that on xxx" and talk about his experiences. He provides nothing to keep me engaged.
...It is with deep regret that for reasons beyond my control that for the forseeable future all of Neon Radio (U.K.) live shows have been temporarily withdrawn...
(Quoted from Anthony Aldritt, Director and Programme Controller of Neon Radio (U.K.). on the Official Neon Radio website).

I'm gutted. That's another Easter ruined.
*places a bouquet of flowers with "WHY?" written on the little card*
the last time i felt this upset was when princess diana died.
i do hope anthony manages to broadcasts some shows before the hot london bus season is upon us.
do you not understand?! most of us find your posts tedious and irritating - so i can hardly see many of us subjecting ourselves to *real time* james martin.
i do wish you would stop associating yourself with neon radio, and even going as far as to make out you are *better*. you are not, believe me. neon is fab, you are not.
