This is the replacement for the itv sales website. Is this ITV's best attempt at a website yet ?

I have to say, that's a bloody fantastic site. Which company designed it? I agree, the best ITV website I've seen so far - and if the re-design for the main site will be as good as this, then I'll be happy.

I like the design. I just hope the main ITV site will be just as good or better.

Thanks for the positive comments about ITVmedia. I was googling for the site post-launch to see whether the search engines had picked the site up yet and came across this thread. I'm project director at Wardour (wardour.co.uk) the media agency that developed the site for ITV. Simple premise: a highly content-rich showcase for multi-channel/multi-media ITV - a one-stop-shop resource for the cross-section of the media biz. We set out to make it : simple, clean, easy to navigate, engagingly interactive and useful...and dare I say fun! Stay tuned for progressive devlopments.

Fantastic site (though those curséd auto-generated URLs remain - seriously why not just itvmedia.co.uk/channels/itv1 rather than itvmedia.co.uk/default.asp?section=108&page=613&subpage=1749 ? It's ridiculous!)

The company that designed it aren't doing the new ITV.com site, which is a shame (in terms of design, not the content management system, which clearly leaves a lot to be desired with those URLS).

Design-wise, superb.

I agree with that. The URLs are still a major problem. There's no need for it.

They sent a email around saying that you have to re-register for the new site.

Such as making it 800x600-friendly, I hope.
