I think the site is a vast improvement on the previous version. It's much more uniform and orderly.

However the 30-day catch-up is a disappointment, in that you have to navigate to the respective programme page to find it and it's not yet that comprehensive.

It is there for the soaps, and also for various other shows like Daily Cooks and Jeremy Kyle, however Catch-Up really ought to have it's own section that you can navigate to directly and choose the programme you want.

Yes 30 day catch up - big disappointment, because the only stuff on catch up is soaps, a bunch of daft cooks and the most obnoxious man on TV. Woopee doo.

There is a separate catch-up section but it is only displayed on the 'shows a-z' section stupidly.

Now THIS is what I'm talking about!

Well done ITV, you've surprised me.

That link is odd, it sometimes takes me to itv.co.uk home

Thanks for the link. Surprising that they've hidden away one of the best features of the relaunched site.

It would appear all recognition of the regions has disappeared, even in the A to Z! That said, ITV Local isn't listed there either.
It is - but only inasmuch as it's a link in the More ITV section at the bottom of every page,

Maybe it isn't quite ready yet, and they're adding more shows for a full launch. Well we can hope anyway...

New site looks good. Smile

There are a few teething problems though - I was having a browse around the A To Z page and went to http://www.itv.com/Drama/contemporary/ultimateforce/default.htm - very odd looking test page (meant to be for Ultimate Force). And some other links aren't working either. The embedded video bit on the homepage doesn't seem to look right - should the purple for the main picture be visible behind it? There seems to be a gap - unless it's just me...?

Overall very nice.

However - some teething problems. Randomly at times, clicking links will redirect me to the www.itv.com homepage. This included news articles. Also I despise the logos on the front page flash - they have had their corners chopped off and a white background behind the number. This ought to be fixed.

Also, the forums are back online - exactly the same design. No ITV header yet so I suppose there's still hope.

There is not enough News on the ITV News website - it needs beefing up bigtime. This citizen journalism is not enough to 'stop' the professional news! I also hope they end this capitalisation in page URLs, but I can't see this personally. The sections seem to all have capitals: itv.com/News etc.

In the A to Z there are the following links:

http://www.itv.com/Entertainment/chatandtalent/xfactor/default.html
http://www.itv.com/Drama/copsandcrime/thebill/default.html

All go to blank sites - is this just a mistake? I'd like The Bill to get a new site so the catchups can be watched.

The X Factor site would also benefit from the video player.

itv.com/press does not work anymore, you have to go to itvpresscentre.com which still has the blue itv logo, no changes on there.

I've just been told to download about 19 updates to view an ITV channel. I don't think I will bother.
