All old sites take a www1 prefix now. That means they have been moved to a different server. The switch is taking place (it would seem!)!

http://www1.itv.com
http://www1.itv.com/news

News yet to launch. Any time now.

10.45AM - It appears URLs have gone to pot. Try www.itv.com/heartbeat or www.itv.com/jeremykyle - they all redirect to http://www1.itv.com. Going to itv.com/coronationstreet now redirects to http://preview.itv.com/soaps - same with Emmerdale, not the dedicated sites.

Nearly everything old isn't in existance anymore. www.itv.com/itv2 for example and all the other channel pages just redirect to the http://www1.itv.com page. Any old content does the same, apart from News which presumably they want to keep until the very minute the switch happens. Subdomains are dying - look at the page around this flash site: http://janeausten.itv.com/

All partid= content is gone. Presumably it's just been deleted, because they've set up a redirect to the homepage for any sites that people can't access. Try www.itv.com/yourmum Wink

No links at the bottom of the homepage work like 'Contact us' or 'Terms and Conditions'. The Feedback section of the new site is down.

New pages (will keep updated):

It's about time. Do you think they would have been better rolling everything out on one day, or would that have just caused it to crash.

So far from whats been done, is it what you were all expecting?

At a guess I suppose we'll get News and possibly the rest when ITV News announce it in their 1.30 bulletin...

You would think a morning launch for the new day would have been better.

No 30-day catch up as promised of course. Not all of us love your soaps.

Finally, ITV1 has it's own page. It looks a whole lot better. Just the "preview" to be taken out of the URL, and everything will be great. Very Happy

http://www.itv.com/citv/ has the ITV nav bar, but is blank. Is the CITV site getting the new look as well?
