I'm getting a little fed up of how ITV.com is touting The Bill as being involved in this new site: www.itv.com/drama - see the main image. The other day, it said 'Catch up with The Bill' - well I'm sorry, but I don't see ANY video catch ups for The Bill, not on the new ITV.com or the normal The Bill website.

I hope they sort this soon, ITV promised all homegrown content would be available on demand for 30 days after transmission. Well it's not, and I'd quite like to rewatch last Thursday's episode, thanks.

And where is today's section? *grumble moan* Laughing

Not forgetting they have the main homepage to reveal yet.

That'll be on July 31st, or whenever they move the site from the preview.itv.com subdomain.

I agree about The Bill. Last week's episodes were some of the best in years, would be great to see again. ITV don't seem to be delivering on their promises across the board really - Britain's Got Talent would be in the 30 day window when the Entertainment site launched but is there a catch up for it? Yeh right. And instead of full episodes in the archive, all we get is a few clips of Ant & Dec stitching up Simon Cowell and the like, which are repeated often enough anyway.

Doesn't look as though anything's coming today. Ugh.

Excellent.

Not all has launched yet but it looks nice and pro - some URLs are the old ones, but for new pages, eg: http://www.itv-football.co.uk/story/0,19239,6145_2615136,00.html which is odd.

Some content needs a bit of sorting out, alignment wise. Overall, great!

Just News to come now.

Sport looks great, better than I thought it would be like, obviously work in progress still though!

Nice look at 'ITV News Uploaded' on the Lunchtime News, Mary Nightingale looked at the upcoming new service, sneak peak at the 'News' section. In the menu bar you could see 'Sample Article', and things such as that.

I went on the 'News' thinking that the new site had launched, but it hadn't!

Click here to the Sign up for Uploaded, click on 'click here to see video' on the bottom, to view Mary's report.

Is this a sign to come of a new look ITV Messageboards - http://itv-boxing.forum.rivalsdm.com/ - doesn't look like its supposed to be online. Found the link on ITV Sport - Boxing. However the current Messageboards is still up - http://community.itv.com/index.php anyone know?

I doubt it. They won't ditch vBulletin. I hope they reskin it though when they are launched, the current forums are DISGUSTINGLY designed.

Wonder when we are to expect 'News'.

If they do keep vBulliten, I hope it gets a major redesign & colour schemes to match with the new sections on itv.com.

Don't know if the following article has been posted earlier in the thread..

Quote:
ITV News will launch a citizen journalism website on 31 July that will also feed user-generated comment back to its news programmes.

Hopefully News will launch tomorrow with the full switching to the ITV.com domain following Tuesday. They did say it'd all be done by the 31st.

Don't you learn? ITV don't keep their word. Nor do the BBC, come to think of it.

Why would I be? Bit deluded, me thinks Wink I just learn lessons and the lesson is ITV can't be relied upon to deliver on time (or in some cases, at all)
