I'm getting this too - but here it says that they're still working on the new site and testing it etc. It states further that they will be doing this ober the next few weeks.

Currently, ITV1 is okay, ITV3 has vision but no sound, and ITV2/4 is unavailable. All soap videos can be viewed in full. Check that a pop up blocker is not stopping a SECOND security upgrade on your PC.
At the moment:
Arrow ITV1 is saying the service is currently unavailable.
Arrow ITV2 is on with sound
Arrow ITV3 is on with no sound
Arrow ITV4 starts at 6pm with the EPG saying this.

Strange how they're launching the 'best of' archive this Tuesday along with Drama - surely they'd roll out all the different genres then put the archive which is made up of them all the last? Hmm..

I'm not complaining, but just hope it has all genres in there and not just Soap and Drama! Wonder if shows like X Factor and Takeaway will be featured yet as they're currently off air, but are two of ITV's biggest brands.

I asked ITV this question, and got this reply:

Unfortunately, we don't have any further information about the dates that the various sections are being launched. Sometimes it may happen later in the week and not on a Tuesday.
