That is correct. The picture is the design of the new look site, and it will feature free On Demand content, like BBC's iPlayer and 4oD when it becomes free, only you won't have to download anything.

I'm thinking only the main page and header will change, so programme sites will look like this:

That's exactly what I've been thinking! It would be a real shame if this happens though..
I agree, but they've recently been updating parts of the site and it makes you wonder why they'd do that if they planned to revamp it all just a couple of months later. They really should have taken this opportunity to give the entire site a revamp and I'll be disappointed if it's only the home page that gets a makeover.
