Hi this is my first post!

I'd just like to say its about time ITV improved its online content, as that article says they will be offering mobile services which is great news! Both Sky and the BBC offer android and apple apps and mobile web pages, however ITV have always lacked there.

For a start it's current news website is confusing, it's not easy to navigate, whereas Sky and BBC seem to do this so well.

ELM

It's hard to navigate because there really isn't that much to navigate. It's more of a catch up service atm rather than a news site with no indication of when stories have been published on the news links.

Hopefully this will change.

The ITV F1 site has closed with a promise of wide coverage of motorsports when the new sports site launches later this year.

I know ITV News isn't at it's journalistic best at the moment, but "11 Die in ballon crash" is just plain shoddy - both grammatically incorrect, but also spelled incorrectly.

ITV1's Twitter seems to have given up since last week.

It appears to be entirely automated, so I imagine the system is just down.

In what way grammatically incorrect - do you mean usage of "11" instead of "Eleven" ?

I think Michael was emphasising 'grammatically'. I assume the capitalisation of 'die' is the grammatical error.

Ah yes. Not unusual in American headlines for all words to be capitalised, but completely out of place here.

The brand new ITV News site cannot come soon enough, hopefully they will be able to update stories quicker as BBC, SKY and Channel 4 have all got reports up about the resignation of Capello. ITV News meanwhile have nothing bar a bit of text on the breaking news strap.
