ITV.com Discussion Thread

When I visit the site things are normal.

It seems to have resolved itself now, still odd my end was doing that.

I think a style sheet was simply not downloading properly.

Bit quiet on the ITV.com front.

Next step must surely be a next-generation ITV Player. I'd like to see HD streaming like the BBC iPlayer for the many shows ITV broadcasts in HD, as well as a larger video window.

Come on ITV, let's see some investment in the service to position ITV firmly in the future, not the past!

Does anybody else, without the ITV font installed, see headers etch with the ITV typeface?

I haven't looked (and don't intend looking) at the CSS, but I'd guess they're using @font-face to display the font. If they are it should work in all modern browsers (apart from maybe IE).

Using Firebug, the font used is called "ITVMedium".

Daybreak now has the new website design.

I think that happened a few weeks/months ago.

No definitely not, I've been on their a couple of times only yesterday or the day before and it hadn't been changed. I remember thinking that the Daybreak site seems to be one of the last main pages on itv.com to get updated.

Ah ok. My mistake then. I thought it was done a while back.
