It least Tyne Tees has the sense not to ditch their in house website, it looks tons better then the ITV Generic crap!

And I notice they promote www.tynetees.tv on the news. Smile

By the way, I notice that ITV have made mini type of sites for the Soaps and Drama section.

UTV have also kept their own look. ITV haven't even bothered to create a generic type site for them. The map just links to the UTV website u.tv

do you think that *might* be because utv are not part of itv plc? why on earth would itv plc want to create and maintain a website for a seperate company?

The tynetees.tv website seems to have died, or at least hasn't changed since the move to Television House. No news at all, and the video links are a few days out as well. Perhaps they haven't had the time to update it yet. Interestingly enough the ITVRegions Tyne Tees site has a poll about the old City Road building...

Will they build apartments on the old TTTV site?
Yes 80%
No 19%
Don't Know 1%

Most of the non-news content on there is grabbed from the tynetees.tv site.

I have to say though, content wise, the tynetees.tv site has been poor for the last few months. I don't think it will be that long before the end. There was a Live webchat on there last week though.

How is anyone supposed to even know about tyneteestv.co.uk? Tyne Tees always promotes the website as tynetees.tv and the itv.com website links to tynetees.tv

tyneteestv.co.uk is a link to the ITV site so there isn't much point in promoting it.

Gotta love that poll though, it's so Tyne Tees

Scottish TV or Grampian TV aren't part of the ITV Regions website either. This is probably because they aren't owned by ITV plc
