I think it will be very unlikely, I remember seeing that picture during to the lead up of the launch of the ITV website, I think it was just an idea during the lead up to the launch of what it could look like if it was integrated into the site.


Shame - it would look a lot better using the same template.

The content on that screenshot is quite recent - Notting Hill Carnival and Ken v Boris. More recent than the ITV.com launch anyway.

Looks like just a (good) mockup - and some of the elements on there have got discontinued.

This looks odd though...

Arrow According to the ITV weather page, West Country and West will have ITV Local running in their region in October (even though West's ITV Local page says September Rolling Eyes ).

I actually hate the ITV template. It's very restrictive, and all the pages look the same, bar colour changes. It's all very crowded and doesn't flow well. And I much prefer the current ITV Local design.

I said a few pages back the staff have only just been employed, if you were paying attention. As far as I know they actually start work in the next week or so.

Oh yes I was paying attention thank you Reg. What your post (dating back to August) lacked was a more exact date; nothing more than a 'soon'. All I was doing was giving light on something I noticed regarding a more precise date.

Sure. People have to give notice from old jobs so I wasn't sure of dates. The staff are, apparently, working now.

I see ITV The West Tonight is now showing on ITV Local West. The rest of the site is still work in progress.
