Back in 2014/15, the ITV Hub used to allow you to watch a live programme, like Good Morning Britain, without any regional news inserts. This meant that you just got something like a piece of music and a logo template in the meantime.
Is it still attainable to watch live programmes on the ITV Hub without any regional inserts, or have they changed it now? If so, can anyone guide me in to how to achieve watching live programmes without any local inserts?

Nope. ITV now require you to enter a postcode before you are allowed to watch live TV. The postcode therefore informs the hub where you are and gives you the regional news for your area.

It doesn't. On the live hub streams, it always goes to London news. Frustrating

When I got a new computer about 5 months ago I had to put in my post code before I was allowed to watch live tv.
Even more important is the lack of regional content on the ITV Hub. No regional news unless you live in London and can watch live, some non-news regional output can end up on the ITV News regional section of that website instead.
