After months of deliberation, stalling and refurbishing I have now completed the new-look The Media Journal which includes: tv news, radio news, magazine news, information, updates, a blog, an arcade, a forum and loads more!

No more hotlinking, no more spyware, no more crap Smile. News reported upon by myself not nicking off Google News -(if you delve into the archives you'll know what I mean). All criticisms have hopefully been improved - please give me your feedback. Thank you.

I wouldn't say it's fantastic, but the web design is certainly better then the previous.

I'd have to second that; if you consider what it once was like (junk, hotlinking, unreasonable design), it's an improvement, but generally, I wouldn't say it's amazing.

Here Firefox is putting up it's 404 message when I try visit it. It could just be that the server is down, but you might want to check that.

yes Im afraid the server is currently down, you may want to check it in a few hours or a few days, it should be back up soon. My friend has an account with Awardspace too and his site was still down a few minutes ago when I checked it.

You can still visit the cool new forum though at http://tmjthemediajournal.x47.net - please register, we are in need of members. Benefits include 30 boards of discussion, over 110 arcade games, latest news and info about TV, radio, magazines and boards for general chat, general news and a miscellaneous board too! We've had just under 10,000 hits this month but that is only with about 6 active members so please help me by joining and posting!

Thanks.
The link for the site (if the server stays up) is www.themediajournal.co.nr

Here's a suggestion to alleviate your ills; stop being so cheap and register a .co.uk domain name. Only around £10 for 2 years and it's unlikely to break the bank.

I would if I had a credit card or debit card. Otherwise, I can't, which is why I use .co.nr domain. The reason for this is clearly expressed on the site.

Couldn't you ask you parents or ask them to pay with their card, and pay them back? You can even get it for 6 quid from here: www.123-reg.co.uk
