To be fair it doesn't say shut down it says "permanently banned from American homes"
I think you could do that lol. Don't China have some sort of control over it's net access so people can't read things about the government or something.

That's a point, lol, especially when the BBC p****es off the Chinese goverment, I think the Internet is essential, and helpful, yes there are some bad things, like viruses and ID Theft, but lets face it, it happens in the real world as well.
