Impossible to register on The Lounge

I have tried twice to register and whilst I get an email saying that my account is waiting for administrator activation nothing ever happens.

Is this website content with the same five people posting or is this an elite club?

The administrator (Martin) is hardly ever online so you may have to wait a while. There's quite a lot of members over there, most of which come from here.

Mr Ed, please address an email to admin@metropol247.co.uk and hopefully Martin will be able to resolve your problem in short order.

It's for nice people only, no one else is allowed in unless we all agree upon it. I'd guess that Martin turned on Admin verification to stop the sudden deluge of automated sign ups that started occurring recently. I also fail to see why you are so eager to join after only being here on TVF for two posts?

Let's go back to the good old days, where one registration let you access all !

See here, darling; if it's taken you 2 years to even notice that registration is required then I'm not sure the Metropol family want you.

I tried emailing that address (or maybe the newmail@metropol address a few days ago) but it has so far been ignored.

That is not always the case - when i signed up both times it did this straight away and it still doesn't work.
