A bit of a contradiction! Just a little point but it should read your first   page , because the collection of pages are a site but one page is not

it stared as 3 sites, into a index, then 3 sites were added, so I call it the Ident Network.

Argh, no, it started with 3 pages . And then you added....

no each one started as a seperate site.

remember when i posted my first post on YJ


It said 'My worst idents' and I posted another one for my 2nd site 'Even more of my worst idents'


Then I got nutted by admin



But it was different site to start off with.

Argh NO, you set up various pages which you then collected together to create a site .

Anyway, It'll be a network when I get a e-mail asking for someone else's to be uploaded... I might let people do that on the new look...

NO each is a different PAGE. A site is a collection of pages, not just one, which your six 'sites' are not, they are 6 PAGES. Is anyone else understanding this or had I gone mad?

Technically. A page with something like geocities.com/whatever or matmice.com/whatever is known as a homepage.

A site is more commonly something like yourchosenname.com, .co.uk, .biz, .info, .net etc.
